    If you have not received your order within the estimated delivery time, please contact us, and we will initiate a refund. We will refund the full amount paid by you, including shipping charges, within 7 working days of initiating the refund.

  3. Returns
    If you receive a damaged or defective product, you can contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as you received it. We will arrange for the return of the product at our cost.

  4. Cancellations
    If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so within 24 hours of placing the order. Please contact us, and we will initiate a refund. However, if the order has already been shipped, we cannot cancel the order.
